Custom and personalized products take up to 2 weeks to manufacture before they are shipped. Please consider this additional time when placing your order with us. Custom orders generally cannot be canceled once they are placed. Please contact us immediately on the same day of your order if you discover that you made a mistake on your customized order. Once a customized cake topper or other personalized item is ordered and the manufacturing process has begun, the item cannot be returned. If a mistake is made by the manufacturer, a replacement item will be immediately sent out. Please contact us as soon as possible if a custom / personalized item that you ordered was misspelled or otherwise incorrect. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you have any questions or problems with the shipment. We will be more than happy to grant returns and exchanges if you contact us within 3 days of the time when you receive the shipment. If you contact us after 3 days from your order delivery date, we will review these return / refund issues on a case by case basis.
